Radical self-care allows for congruence in how we recognize, utilize, and direct our invaluable inner resources; which in turn enables us to show up in the ways that are of the greatest import. 

In this day-long immersion we will imbue our senses while tending to our nervous systems through restorative, regenerative, and integrated embodiment practices, replenishing elixirs, sacred soundscapes, and collective effervescence.

We will take refuge in belonging ourselves in community while creating a brave space to align with your vision.
