Bones, Balance & Other Badassery with Susan McCulley

BONES, BALANCE & OTHER BADASSERY

Bodies, particularly ones that have been around for a while, need strong bones and dynamic balance to function at their best.

This relaxed and inclusive class, focuses on improving balance and building bone with movements that support strength, flexibility and vestibular function.

Learn movements on your feet, your seat and the floor that create more ease, pleasure and confidence in your right-now-today body. And explore how to make all the movement you do more mindful and supportive throughout the day. All set to music that inspires and deepens the experience and invites your own brand of badassery.

Susan McCulley has been a mindful movement leader, artist, and writer since 2000.
